The deluxe suite was very well-appointed and comfortable with an interesting waterfall feature in the spacious bath, giving the room a spa-like feel. The jacuzzi with the TV in front of the bathtub was particularly enjoyable. The staff was excellent, friendly, and the hotel's position was nice. However, the location was a bit far from the old city and there were noisy functions hosted late into the evening.
The suite we had for our engagement celebration holiday was really comfortable and relaxing, with excellent staff and a nice position. The fitness center was top-notch with plenty of machines, weights, and floor space. However, the hotel also hosted noisy functions that could go on late into the evening, not conducive to exploring the old city of Chiangmai.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were luxurious, spacious, and had everything needed for a relaxing holiday in Thai style. The service was friendly and entertaining, making my wedding experience cozy and beyond my expectations. The location, though needing a bit of care, was surrounded by a beautiful lush tropical garden and conveniently situated in between the airport and the city center. The dining experience was delicious with a great choice of dishes, and the facilities were top-notch.

The spacious rooms with a balcony and a huge daybed create a cozy atmosphere perfect for lounging. The initiative of collecting change for charity through envelopes was a heartwarming touch, adding to the overall experience.

The service was super nice, with staff entertaining us with stories about the history of Chiang Mai. The location is excellent being right in the center, though not conducive to exploring the old city easily. The dining had a lot of variety and changed daily, offering very good quality. Overall, a fantastic property with a few minor drawbacks.

The dining experience was average, not matching the high standards of the property. Overall, a great stay with some minor hiccups.
